Patient Reviews & Reputation Tracking

How does the Patient Reviews Program work?

The Patient Reviews & Reputation Monitoring program works by sending a text message to your patients that allow them to easily leave you a review on Google or Facebook. This makes it easy for your practice to showcase a large number of 5-star reviews quickly and easily.

Is the Patient Reviews program complicated to use?

No, the Patient Reviews Program is incredibly simple for the staff to use. All you need to do is enter a patient’s name and cell phone number, and the system will send a text message to them to leave a review.

How do I know if the program is working?

Along with your program, you will receive access to our Visibility Dashboard that allows you to see how many text messages have been sent out and where your reviews are located. New reviews will also send you an email alert so you know when you receive a new review.

Advanced Search Engine Optimization

What is Search Engine Optimization?

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) involves helping your website be found in and by search engines. Using a combination of on-page and off-page optimization, our team works to drive your site to the top of search results for a variety of keywords.

Once I hit the first search response, can I stop the SEO program?

Advanced SEO is an on-going process and requires constant off-page optimization to ensure you stay at the top. Most practices that stop optimizing see their rankings drop within a few months.

Can I pay extra to get to the top of results faster?

For organic search results, there is no way to pay to get to the top. By properly optimizing your site, DIGI Search can help you start to see improvements in as little as a few weeks.

My website isn't with DIGI Search, can I still use your SEO services?

Absolutely! We can optimize websites by most website developers to improve search rankings. If you are unsure about your website, contact us today!

Mobile Responsive Websites

What does it mean for a website to be responsive?

A responsive website adapts to the size of the screen it is viewed on. This means that the same website can load for a desktop computer, a tablet, or a cellphone and still load correctly on each device.

Why are mobile-responsive websites important?

Mobile-responsive websites are important because they ensure that all visitors see the same information regardless of what device they are using. A visitor using a phone will have difficulty navigating a standard desktop website, and separate mobile websites often don’t contain all of the same information as the desktop versions.

HIPAA-Compliant Email

Is my office email HIPAA-Compliant?

Most email providers are not HIPAA-Compliant. If you are curious if your email is HIPAA-Compliant you can contact DIGI Search and we can help you determine if your provider is HIPAA-Complaint.

Does my practice need HIPAA-Compliant email?

If your practice uses email to send any form of Protected Health Information the answer is yes. Using a secured email system is important to ensure PHI is handled properly.

Social Media Marketing

Why should my practice use social media?

Social media can provide your office with new local clients they might not have previously had access to. It also provides an easy way to connect with current patients with posts about the staff and office.

Does this program include social posts?

Yes, our writers will provide you with four dental posts per month. If you have an Advanced SEO program with DIGI Search, our writers will work with your SEO keywords for an added boost to your SEO program.

How does this program improve my social visibility?

As a partner with Facebook, we can position your page so that it is seen by potential patients in your area to help drive new business to your practice.
