About the role

We are looking for an applicant who can quickly certify themselves as an industry expert, both in our line of services and the dental industry. Someone who is curious, resourceful, and puts ideas into motion. Our new teammate will be responsible for the success and leadership that comes with the role.
- Full-time work means no clock watchers, just dedicated team members who manage their time responsibly. If that looks like waking up at 4 am and working until noon, those are your hours. As long as you’re completing your tasks you will not be penalized for not sitting in your seat.
- Remote work requires some incredible focus, self-control, and dedication. You won’t have anyone watching over your shoulder as you work making sure you are completing your tasks, it will only be you and your metrics to prove yourself.
- Pay will be a combination of incentive and salary; the better care you take of our amazing clients, the more money you’ll make!
Client Success Lead Responsibilities:
- Developing effective communication platforms for clients and staff.
- Inspiring repeat business from clients.
- Monitoring and measuring client satisfaction.
- Liaising with different departments about client queries.
- Offering advice to clients on services and products.
- Managing client requests and troubleshooting issues, and anticipating problems.
