Is the Patient Reviews program complicated to use?
No, the Patient Reviews Program is incredibly simple for the staff to use. All you need to do is enter a patient’s name and cell phone number, and the system will send a text message to them to leave a review.
How do I know if the program is working?
Along with your program, you will receive access to our Visibility Dashboard that allows you to see how many text messages have been sent out and where your reviews are located. New reviews will also send you an email alert so you know when you receive a new review.
