This hybrid role is based in Austin, TX and blends in-person client interaction with remote flexibility.

About the Role

As a Digital Marketing Sales Specialist, you will own the full sales cycle—from outreach and consultative selling to closing and onboarding handoff. You’ll sell NGTV and help clients expand into our broader service suite, including SEO, websites, and paid advertising.

You’ll use tools like Reply.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and your own creative outreach to generate new business. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role that rewards initiative, speed, and results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle sales process, from prospecting to pitching, closing, and CRM handoff
  • Drive outbound prospecting through personalized email, cold calls, LinkedIn DMs, and in-person outreach
  • Sell NGTV as a core solution and cross-sell complementary services like SEO, paid ads, and website upgrades
  • Serve as a trusted consultant, tailoring strategies to the client’s growth goals and pain points
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of sold services
  • Manage and forecast pipeline activity using Salesforce
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through disciplined, high-output selling

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience (preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, or an agency environment)
  • Full-cycle selling experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding quota
  • Proficient in tools like Reply.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce
  • Familiar with sales analytics and CRM best practices for pipeline tracking
  • Proficient in using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, and others to support outreach, research, and productivity
  • Strong communication skills and confidence pitching to business owners and marketing leads
  • Thinks outside the box—creative, resourceful, and unafraid to test new approaches
  • You’re a builder: If something’s missing, you figure it out or create it
  • Exceptional self-motivation, a strong sense of urgency, and a drive to lead by example
  • Highly organized and capable of managing high-volume outreach and client interactions efficiently
  • Coachable, team-oriented, and excited about learning and long-term career development
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
  • College degree is a plus but not required
  • Must be based in Austin, TX and available for local travel and occasional trade shows

Compensation & Benefits

  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000 – $120,000
  • Uncapped commission with opportunities to upsell additional services
