We’re looking for a results-driven Account Manager to join our team in Austin, TX. This role offers a hybrid work environment, blending office collaboration with remote flexibility.
About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will manage and grow a portfolio of dental practice clients. Your primary focus will be on client retention, upselling, and cross-selling additional marketing solutions, including website upgrades, SEO enhancements, and ad campaign add-ons.
You will be your clients’ trusted advisors, ensuring their marketing strategies align with their business goals while maximizing their return on investment with DIGI Search.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management – Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of dental practice clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term success.
- Upselling & Cross-Selling – Identify and recommend additional marketing services such as website development, SEO, and Ad upgrades to enhance client results.
- Strategic Consultation – Conduct regular performance reviews and bi-weekly strategy calls to analyze campaign effectiveness and optimize digital marketing efforts.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting – Monitor and report on campaign metrics, ensuring clients understand their ROI and areas for improvement.
- Collaboration & Execution – Work closely with internal teams to execute client strategies, resolve issues, and ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Industry Expertise – Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, especially within the dental industry, to provide data-driven recommendations to clients.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of account management, sales, or client services experience (preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, or advertising).
- Proven track record of upselling and cross-selling marketing services to existing clients.
- Strong understanding of Google SEO, PPC, and digital ad campaigns (experience with local business marketing is a plus).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required.
- Experience in the dental industry is a plus.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and digital marketing platforms is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $68,000 – $90,000 (with commission & bonuses)
