Your organization’s website is one of the most essential tools to stand out from your competition and it can allow you to be easily found online. DIGI Search’s new initiative, the Local Discovery Program, was created to support the local community we love, and to give back to organizations that are in need of a stronger web presence.
The LDP is primarily focused on helping non-profits and small local businesses. We create a website that will better represent their brand and allow them a platform and support structure that will scale with their growth. As a part of the program, DIGI Search waives its design and development costs to deliver a new website.
The Local Discovery Program is also an experiential training program for our interns. DIGI Search works with local colleges to provide students with real-world experience during breaks from school. The Local Discovery Program is a chance for them to learn project management and communication skills that will aid them after graduation.
For the inaugural year of the Local Discovery Program, the DIGI Search Intern team of Luke and Ghassan worked with two organizations that had applied to our program, the Rosewood Foundation and Sugar Plum Tree Preschool. Through their efforts, we were able to transform the way that they appear online and give them a prominent new web presence.
