We partnered with a growing dental group to solve this exact problem. They required a digital presence for four distinct locations: Eastfield Pediatric Dentists, Mount Airy Pediatric Dentistry, Taylorsville Pediatric Dentistry, and Kinlaw & Absher Dentistry.

The Strategy: Cohesion Without Carbon Copies

For this project, we utilized a “shared architecture, unique expression” approach. We established a foundational user experience (UX) that ensures high performance across the board while allowing the visual branding of each site to reflect its specific community and service focus.

Eastfield Pediatric Dentists & Mount Airy Pediatric Dentistry

The Vibe: These sites needed to communicate safety, warmth, and fun immediately. Pediatric dentistry is as much about marketing to anxious parents as it is to children.

The Execution: We utilized soft, welcoming color palettes and intuitive navigation. The “Schedule an Appointment” flows are prominent, reducing friction for busy parents. By keeping the structural layout similar, the practice administration benefits from a streamlined backend, making updates easy across both domains.

Taylorsville Pediatric Dentistry

The Vibe: Continuing the pediatric focus, this site needed to hold its own identity within the Taylorsville market.

The Execution: While the underlying code shares the robust security and speed of its sister sites, the visual assets were tailored to reflect the local team. This ensures that when a parent lands on the page, they feel they are visiting a neighbor, not a franchise.

Kinlaw & Absher Dentistry

The Vibe: As a provider that may bridge the gap into broader family or general dentistry services, this site required a slightly different tone while remaining connected to the group’s standards of excellence.

The Execution: We adjusted the visual language to appeal to a broader demographic while maintaining the group’s high standards for User Interface (UI). The site leverages the same high-speed infrastructure and HIPAA-compliant forms as the pediatric locations, ensuring operational consistency for the ownership group.

By balancing similarity with uniqueness, we achieved three specific outcomes for the client.

  • Operational Efficiency: Because the sites share a foundational codebase, maintenance is streamlined. Security updates, compliance checks, and feature rollouts can be managed efficiently by our technical team. This reduces long-term overhead for the group.
